I lived at the Shoreham for 3 1/2 years and Everyone working there made it feel like a home to me. I am in professional sports contracting and I traveled alot and had numerous operations while living there. Again, Everyone made it effortless to live there.
Now about the building...some of the best amenties and views in Chicago..... For the cry babies on here, move to japan and see what you get.
I will only rent at the Shoreham if I ever rent again in Chicago !!!!!

We moved to the area in another rental building around the corner a few years ago (North Harbor Tower), but when we realized the price of the Shoreham was only a little more with many more amenities and a very new building we wished we would have checked out the Shoreham. We now live at the Parkshore, which is also very nice. By the way, I take my kids for ice cream at the Cafe Rom a couple times a month, they love it and are always so happy to see the dogs everywhere, it's a very god friendly neighborhood!
