Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
live here only if having a view at a ridiculous price and being surrounded by spoiled, rude and dirty college students is worth it.

maintenance tries hard, facilities are okay, but quality of life is low ... the train IS loud, the students are just as loud, and often times the floors reek of marijuana and smoke.
