Well managed, well maintained From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Definitely recommended. The building is fairly large and impersonal, but it is excellently managed. It is always clean and I can only rarely hear my neighbors. I've been here over two years and have had only one major problem, which was fixed within 24 hours. The staff is helpful and friendly, there is someone onsite 24 hours a day, and they accept delivery of packages, flowers, dry cleaning and the like. My apartment is overpriced, but isn't out of line with the rest of Lakeview. There's practically no parking, but four buses stop right outside the front door and the brown line is maybe a ten minute walk away.
