I moved to Chicago straight out of college about a year and a half ago and moved into this apartment.
The layout and location are great. Before I moved into my apartment the walls were sanded and repainted! New hardwood floors and tiles were put in and all of the appliances were taken out, cleaned, and returned to the unit. I signed the lease before all of this had been done so upon move-in day I was even more excited! They do this for all rooms I believe at no extra cost to you.
The maintenance employees there are unrivaled in Chicago (especially from what I hear from other friends living in the city). The minute you have a problem they fix it. Beyond that they are friendly and happy all the time! ALways willing to help out and know most the tenants by name and room number.
All in all, I would definitely recommend Wellington Arms especially the corner units-you get nice bay windows, a huge walk-in closet, and an adorable layout.
