I loved this building! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I had a great experience at this building. I moved in and stayed for 14 months until I came back to CA and wish I had never left! The building I am in now is a dump in comparison. I loved the building manager and all the guys in engineering were timely with repairs and experienced. I always felt safe it was quiet and in a great location. My only issue was with the fact that I had a car and parking on the street is a nightmare in the area! I might come back and rent there again, but get rid of my car!The laundry room is huge and on the top floor with a great view of the city and lake and there are shelves full of books that residents put there as an exchange.
