Perfect for singles From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1995   I loved living in this building! It's a Wirtz, so they maintain it pretty well. The laundry room was on the top floor -- no scary basements there. The units are small, but the closets are huge. Sunlight depends on location in the building, since the place is in a "U" shape. The maintenence men when I lived there were very nice, and having them onsite was a bonus.
