I moved here from Presidential Towers in the West Loop, and I will never look back. The best part os the location, it is on all major bus lines to go downtown or north. A bit far to walk to the brown/red line, but its a nice walk in the summer. The closets are extremely large, but the kitchens in some studios are too small. For the price, it is well worth it. Most utilities are included and my apt. had a glorious lake view. Hallways smell of food or garbage sometimes, but thats part of the vintage feel. Overall, a great price for a conveniently located space in East Lakeview.
