	Great building. All utilities are included in the rent. All floors were re-habbed. They put their money into what counts: new kitchens, fresh carpet & paint, new windows, new mailboxes. Many other buildings do the opposite.. nice lobby but crappy ... more

	I actually like this place. However, if you are planning to move here. Avoid the second and third floors. There is constant noise and the construction crew doesn't respect the tenants. They begin working at early hours even on the WEEKENDS. ... more
