Hyde Park Tower 45% Recommended May 08 2008: This building has gone down the tubes. Aimco is owner/manager and all they care about is MONEY. In three months there have been 2 property managers and 2 leasing agents. Those who do nothing are safely employed but those who 1120 N La Salle Apartments 45% Recommended May 08 2008: I really like the building, a few issues here and there. I love the front door staff; Orlando, Tiffany, Kimberley etc.....They are great! It is so hard to deal with Liliana. I'm not sure why she seems to always to have Plaza 440 46% Recommended May 08 2008: My husband and I have lived here for 4 years, and would continue to renew our lease if we didn't have to move for other reasons.
