Good building, god location, but AWFUL management team - This is a decent value for money building in a good neighborhood. The one problem with the building is their office staff. They are downright rude, generally incompetent e.g. they don't respond to emails you send them, screw up your papers. not true i live in this in this building five years already and it is the than in any other building and we didn't see any graffiti any mice and if somebody has garbage in their apartment has cockroaches and i would like to have a picture of your apartment when you lived here.... cleaner....

Near the Grocery, Public Transportation and Night Life. What more is there to ask? Units are big, the staff is friendly and their are a lot of amenities.
