The Most Horrible Living Experience

I was forced to sign a 15 month lease because leases cannot end in the winter months. My apartment has a mold and sewer problem. I have a serious mold allergy. The management refuses to address this problem. I was seriously ill for 6 weeks due to the mold problem. The place is a dump. It is maintained very poorly. Management are liars. I am attempting to break my lease for health and safety reasons. They are trying to charge me over $3100 to do this. They lied and said they offered me another apartment and I refused. These are all lies. They only offered me another apartment when my lease expires. You can also hear EVERYTHING that occurs in adjacent apartments. This has been the most horrible living experience ever!
