This complex is trying to target older people. When they say: " theres no kids" "The neigbors are not neigborly" of course any elderly person would want that life . They are correct that Forest hill apartments tenants and management are very Involved with other tenants. They will watch your every move. Literally they knew every time I left my house and came back to my house. They absolutley will not give you back your security deposit. There is no parking for your guests and their cars will be towed. You have to call the office if you are having a visitor stay overnight even if its one night.AND THEY KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE GUESTS. The old lady who works during the work week has nothing better to do than harrass the tenants otherwise she wouldnt fill her work week.. She seems pleasant but she is a liar. even the people that work for her quoted "I hope she dies of a natural catastrophy". No joke she will make your life miserable. The toilet does not flush properly and the property manager blames this on the village. The oven smells of gas. When I first moved in, there was silver fish bugs on the kitchen floor. The water tastes like grime. It is well water, and no matter how much detergent i put into their rediculously expensive washers my clothes would smell like aluminum.
