After reading all these reviews, I was pretty scared to move into Forest Hills, but I did anyway and I am glad. The apartments are very spacious and clean, as for maintanence, to date when I have had a problem they were there within hours or the next day. The grounds and buildings are kept clean. The office staff have been very friendly and have answered any questions that I might have had (without being rude). The main thing for me is that I feel very safe in this neighborhood and building.
