I have nothing but good things to say about Forest Hill Apts. I lived there for about 7 or 8 years ('98 thru '06) and recently moved back in '08 and just signed a lease for '09. If I had a problem with the apartment, maintenace was there within a day. They common areas are cleaned and vacuumed once a week by a service, which does a good job. In the winter the lots are plowed during snow events and the side walks are cleared and salted. Plenty of parking where I have/am living. In the spring/summer/fall months a landscape service is out once a week to mow, plant, clear leaves etc. The place is well kept.
After reading some of the "bad" rewiews I want to say that I received my first security deposit back within a month I think. Yes you can hear your neighbors at times but it is an apartment, not a house. You have people above you or below you and next to you. I have yet to live in an apartment, and I have been a few, that i didn't hear my neighbors. I also would like to mention that the property manager has always been kind and friendly with me.
