Make sure before you move out, take a good pictures of your apartment every each room as your evident also please make sure the manager walk with you in your apartment before you hand over the key. Otherwise when you receive your deposit money you find a big deduction because they charge you a big amount of fine as they find their own reason to deduct your money. It's just another way to stealing your money. As the money is not big enough for us to challange them in the court.. so we just let them stealing our deposit money.
