Columbia Lakes ownes a great location, and a pool! Besides that it's a dump. Carpet was stained, and apartment barely cleaned when we moved in. The apartment has a horrible smell, in which no one knows what to do about it, so we suffer. There's no play area for my kids. It is the only place to go for a 3br in Columbia though, so we and you might have to suck it up. There are roaches, and ants will invade you home. They do spray 4 times a year, which is a good attempt. Maintenance staff is ok. Electric bills get high, and washer, dryer, stove, and fridge are of poor quality. If you have a few kids, and want to live in Illinois, but work in Missouri, give this place a try, otherwise stay away. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
