this was my first venture out of the city (st. louis) after graduation and i have to say, i'm pleased. it's got a great location: 5 minutes from the county, 20 from downtown. it's in a quiet residential neighborhood, good safe streets for jogging. allows pets.
my place is a 2 bed 2 bath, the biggest i have ever lived in. so both my roommate and i have privacy.the bedrooms are almost the same size too, good sized.
rent is resonable, and our balcony has a great view. and this is one of the first times maintainence has been on top of things;they really do fix things right away.
we've had problems with the dryer in our personal laundry room (no quarter machinew yay). and our place happens to be right by the pool (noisy! at times) but besides that it's nice.
oh, the on site gym is mediocre, lacking in certain equipment, and dirty.
