I've lived here for a little over a year. I like the convenience of having my washer and dryer right here in my apartment. The grounds are nice and fairly well manintained. Anytime anything needs repair, it gets fixed right away. The walls are somewhat thin....but I live on the top floor, so at least I don't have anybody walking on my head! Once the doors and windows are closed, I can't hardly hear any outside noise at all, and I have a lovely view outside my front door and bedroom window. All in all, I like it here very much.
