Very nice so far We moved in a few weeks ago and really like it. The apartments are nice and well kept up. The area is quiet and the town is wonderful. The only issue we face is that the walls are a little thinner than we would have hoped. Not terrible, but not great noise protection

Wouldn´t live here again The apartments are beautiful, safe, and well maintained. The neighbors were noisy and management didn´t care. They said noise was my problem and I should own a home. I had walls literally shaking from loud noise on all sides. The police had to be called for

They try. Columbia Lakes ownes a great location, and a pool! Besides that it´s a dump. Carpet was stained, and apartment barely cleaned when we moved in. The apartment has a horrible smell, in which no one knows what to do about it, so we suffer. There´s no play area for my kids. It

very roomy this was my first venture out of the city (st. louis) after graduation and i have to say, i´m pleased. it´s got a great location: 5 minutes from the county, 20 from downtown. it´s in a quiet residential neighborhood, good safe streets for jogging. allows pets.
