This is a horrible unsafe area - The winter months are quiet, but boy when the weather changes the atmosphere does too! Pot smoke filled hall ways, people out in the parking lot drinking, fighting, and yelling all hours of the night. It is not a safe place when all you see daily is the police and at night here 22's being shot off. I am glad I am outta there.!!!!! Friends I referred a couple of my friends to the community and they have rented with the community they love the renovated units it was exactly what she was looking for. I have read all these reviews and its all BS, if you dont like it here because you have to follow rules then go by a house

Great people We had a very pleasant time at The Woodlands. We had fun with a nice worker named Lou? She treated us good and we rented from her. We moved in and really like where we live. WE have new cabinets and brand new carpet. The pool is great and I love working out in the gym.

Credit not all that great..... I will be moving into Willow Run 7/1 and I hope that everything works out fine. Before they approved me I was having no luck with other apartments approving me.I spent alot of money in application fees. Im not a bad person and I admit that I made mistakes in the past
