Awful place. My condolences to suckers that bought condos here.

Management is terrible. Property is poorly maintained. Basements all leak. Apartments on slabs have big problems with mice and bugs. Dog owners do not clean up after their dogs. Repairs- what repairs. Just look around the place. Missing shutters, gutters are not cleaned and in several places have actually fallen off over a year ago- not replaced and ground is eroding around foundation. Manager allows her friends to stay without paying rent. Have seen apartments with utilities turned off using cords plugged in to hall outlets. Obviously staff is fully aware. And good luck getting your security deposit. Everyone knows within a month or so of moving in you have slim to no chance of even getting half of your deposit back, if anything. This is bar none the worst place I have ever lived. Regret the day I moved and my deepest sympathies to the poor suckers that bought a condo here. I'm sure they are paying associate dues- we don't even have plow service in the winter unless there is more than 5 inches on the ground. Garbage is always overflowing. I could go on and on, but why. If you are a reasonable person you should be able to read this and just look around for yourself. Come here at night and see how may of the parking lot light and sidewalk lighting are out. Pitiful. The owners and staff should be seriously ashamed of the way they treat there renters.
I'm sure you will see what I am saying for yourself.

I agree 100% with the review above. It really went downhill after the office manager was replaced with an unkept young woman, who makes up her own rules, and has run Camelot into the ground due to carelessness.

I disagree with this anonymous review! I have lived in Camelot for 3 years now and the current manger is the best one yet. She is respectful, professional, kind, and most of all she will do anything for her renters. She is also a renter and receives absolutely no perks for working there-she pays rent like everyone else-each year her rent goes up with everyone else's- she has two of the cutest boys and a husband that will also help when he can. She makes sure that everything is safe and working as best she can. There is only one full-time maintenance guy and he is an older man who is there every single day and even takes late night calls-he can only do so much. Sometimes people do not look at things from the other persons shoes and often complain about every single thing. Hey you signed the contract and know what to expect from the start. The funny thing is I know who wrote this review above and this person did not pay the rent on time for the entire time they lived there and on top of that they were kindly given several; chances to pay their rent in ways that would benefit them and the manager bent over backwards trying to help them in anyway. The bad part is that the manager dealt with this for months and finally was given no choice when the person decided to spend their money on other things instead of their rent and the landlord said to evict them-she is human and cannot make miracles happen. The person that wrote this did this to themselves and has no one else to blame but themselves. Here is my advice if you have a problem with the place and how it is ran then that is ok, but if you cannot pay your rent and you need to justify why-then keep it to your self. The manager is the best thing since sliced bread and has many friends at Camelot, including me. I will admit that there are times when I get angry because the snow is plowed like crap and there is maintenance that needs taken care of, but she does a great job at getting things done and has a true compassion for what she does and would go to great lengths to providing the best service possible-so next time get off your butt and pay your bills and you will not have to blame other people for your mistakes.

I also disagree with the original review. I think that the current manager does a really good job, putting forth much effort in keeping Camelot Apartments a respectable apartment community. She is professional and understanding of residents' needs. Any maintenance issues are addressed in a timely fashion, usually within the same day. I have nothing bad to say at all. I am happy and proud to be a resident at Camelot.

The second review sounds a lot like they are the manager, eh?
