I read over these reviews before signing a lease, and I do not agree with some of the negative things written on here. My apartment has never had a mouse or a bug problem, with the exception of a few ants around my patio door in the summer, but they were easy to get rid of. There were a few minor issues with the apartment when we first moved in, such as the bathroom fan wasn't working and the toilet seat was missing a bolt. both issues were taken care of same day! The manager is great...she explains things nicely and goes out of her way to accomodate. Actually all of the staff are very nice and easy to work with. This will be my first winter here so I will see about the snow plowing, but I know how hard the winters can be here in chicagoland so i don't expect miracles. my neighbors have been great. Occassional noise is to be expected in apartments. i love having a washer and dryer in my unit, i love the space, i love the people, so far I love it here, and I definetly plan to renew my lease next year.
