Has gone to pot (and other drugs!) since manager moved off-premises in 2007. Noisy (kids, roomates) split-level two-bedroom apartments completely overlap all the one-bedroom apts on ground level -- sleep hangs on the luck of the draw for one-bedroom tenants. Snow control is up to the tenant. Parking lot a mess in winter. Single women considered fair game for harassment by certain male tenants -- i.e. better not try to enjoy fresh air on patio without company.

The plus side: nice apartments, warm in winter, cool in summer -- gas heat and cooking, central air.

I totally agree with u its a mess over there. I dont know how u lasted that long. I lived there 3 moths and was up. I was done when grown men were pissing in the laundry room and pulling there things out around builings. Didnt matter nite or day.
