These apartments were built in the 60's, but they were ahead of the times; with private entrances, individual control of heat and central air and a good layout with spacious rooms in both the one and two bedroom units. There is only one bath in the 2 bedroom units. One bedroom units have a patio. 2 bedrooms have a private patio and balcony. They are pet friendly. The 2 bedroom units surround and locate over the one bedroom units on the backside. Noise is a factor in the one bedroom units but the other plusses like close in location, good maintenance and an attentive management pretty well equal that out. If there is a repair issue, the friendly staff go above and beyond to take care of any problem quickly and correctly. Garages are available and there are 3 on-site laundrys. Town center, Metra, and city hall are a short walk. Rents are less than other area rentals offering much less space and value.
