The property manager, Jaime, has been a very good property manager, he handles the problems here on the property swiftly and quickly. He gets the vacant apartments ready to rent as soon as the apartments become vacant.

The maintenence people are great too. Raul gets to the problem right away.

In the winter, snow removal is ok could improve on that some.

Jaime is funny but he's also serious too, when it comes to dealing with a particular issue here in the complex, he gets serious. He gets rid of people who DON'T adhere to the rules and regulations for the property, gets rid of the riff raff which includes drugs anything else that isn't appropriate for the complex.

Jaime doesn't allow drinking outside at all.

All in all I love it here, I've been here since 2005 and will continue to rent here indefinately.
