Lived in these apartments a year ago. Truely a horrible experience. Broken down cars in the parking lot. People hangin out in the parking lot. Cars are broken into frequently.
Call CL police to verify- My van had three out of four tires stolen off it at the same time- I came out to my van in the morning to find it ON ROCKS! NO KIDDING! Staff thought it was FUNNY! Laundry room was always dirty- people were obviously doing there friends or customers laundry because there was always someone using machines and several bags of laundry lined up. The two bedroom bellow me was occupied three families of a non- English speaking minority that did not seem to work. Beer bottles in the court yard- loud music at all hours. Seriously, call the CL police to see how frequently they are there-it will make your toes curl. Glad to be gone.

Have lived in Skyrige for the last year.
Love it. Worth the increase in rent ten fold!

WHew, I live around the corner and can vouch for this. Terrible and brings down surrounding property value.
