I am not a current resident but wanted to be one. I went in last week to shop for an apartment I was sure I wanted to buy. The Leasing Agent was very very rude and basically showed me prices and pushed me out the door. She never even showed me a model. I am not sure if she had a million other things to do or what her excuse was but she did not want to make time. I do not think that you can purchase an apartment based on a floor plan and a price, you must see it first. They have beautiful grounds and gorgeous apartments (from the outside which is all i saw) but their prices are much much higher than other places I then looked. Customer service that I experienced was enough to let me know that this was a horrible place to live. If you are looking here be prepared.
