Its a shame that the customer service is so poor. I went to lease an apartment, and the only attention I received was looking at a model, that wasn't the type I would be living in. Told that paid water is NOT INCLUDED for paid utilities. However, they advertise that water is included on apartments.com. It was simply, "here's the area where your apartment would be at, this is how much, and I'll call you tomorrow to see if you changed your mind." Needless to say I never received a follow-up phone call. I guess they have enough business already. For such a beautiful place, they have a heck of a time trying to get people to live there. Maybe someone else will have better luck. But my thinking is...for such a beautiful area and great location that practically sells itself, its terrible that the management believes thats ALL it takes. Very disappointing!
