Get real, the only person who would say maintenance technician is someone in the management office. I lived there for one year myself & though the complex is newer, it is built like a straw hut. For one year no one put a new light bulb in the back staircase of my building & it's probably still out right now. You have to pay for all the utilities and it can get quite costly. Paper thin walls, buildings need to be kept up, paint peeling off them. Maybe it has changed but I was not impressed with the staff once I moved in. I understand there is new management so I cannot comment on the new staff. Be warned by the dog buildings, poop everywhere! Policies not enforced in that area. I would suggest renting a house out for the same amount it costs you to live there.
