The good and bad

Have lived here a little over a year.
Over all good experience complained about washer and dryer when I moved in and the manager had it replaced ASAP. Still- the W/D is stacked and can only wash 3 pair of jeans in washer at a time- takes 2 hours in the dryer to dry them. No problems with dog dirt.
Grounds are well keep. Noise level is okay.
Windows leak in the winter but a $7 insulation kit from Walmart made a world of difference. Parking seems okay. Staff for the most part is nice- Rebecca is the best person to deal with. :) Always pleasant and curtious. Continental breakfast is good.
Not a lot of partiers here but a lot of social activities. Nice community, good schools. Have recommended to friends who have moved in- all pretty happy.
Live in a Seagull- older portion of property
Kitchen cabinets are press board and sticker veneer- same with bathrooms, tile is pretty old, as are vanity toppers- but the lay out is great. Only reason I'm moving is to be closer to work, but after reading the reviews of the apartments in Schaumburg I'm not sure it's not worth the drive to stay here.
