I lived at Skyridge for one year. My advice to anyone in the market for an apartment is to seriously consider looking elsewhere.

I lived in the older section, and was not at all happy there. Perhaps the newer section is better. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything, and it is very drafty. I just moved into a house that's approximately 2.5 times larger than my apartment, and my heating/cooling bills have gone DOWN significantly.

Parking was ample (I could always find a space), but the lighting in our parking lot and on the outside of our building was consistently out (sometimes for months at a time), which made it very inconvenient to come home after dark.

Management and maintenance left much to be desired as far as I'm concerned. More often than not there was no one staffing the office when I needed to come in (during their normal, posted hours) to pick up a package or take care of anything else. More than once they misplaced a package, and very often I was treated rudely by the staff and management despite the fact that I try to be a respectful, friendly tenant.

For those who cannot be home during normal business hours, I wish you the best of luck with getting anything fixed, as maintenace staff only works M-F, 9-5. If you think taking a day off of work will solve the problem, think again. They sometimes don't show up or call during the scheduled time, leaving you with a wasted day off and the trouble of trying to schedule them to come out again, while in the mean time you'll still have to live with the problem.

Overall, Skyridge looks nice and they certainly try hard to portray an image of class and outstanding customer service. Unfortunately for them actions speak louder than advertising, and they've been entered in the "never again" column in my book.
