I can't say anything for the older apartments, but I lived in the new ones which weren't bad at all. They are on the expensive side though. The office staff were always pretty nice and helpful. My neighbors were all friendly and seemed happy there too. I didn't use any of the features, but I'm sure they are nice for other people. I am glad that big blonde manager is gone. She was never in the office when I needed to talk about my lease. Once during the winter I had someone come in to replace my blinds, I came home early that day to find that not only was it done already, but the maintenance guy came back to mop the entry tile where slush had come in. That seems pretty exemplary to me!
