The apartments are just ok and the community seems nice. However, we had the maintenance guys out 6 or 7 times to repair the air conditioner and they still couldn't get it right. The worst part of this is the final moving out troubles. Carpeting is normal wear and tear no matter where you go. Skyridge brought in a carpet company who said it needed to be replaced and skyridge billed me for it. All it needed was a cleaning and the carpet was practically new when I moved in. I am being scammed by skyridge and plan on fighting this. Do not live here as they tell you exactly what you want to hear and hide the many reasons not to live there. Also, when I called to ask about these fees the lady who I spoke with had no idea how the lease worked and was completely useless. I was told to call a week later when the billing person came in. The funny part about this is I don't have that much time until the bond company comes after me. This has been a complete nightmare and there are MANY other apartments around to choose from. Please do not live here and get stuck with the same difficulties.

On a side note, I found it amusing that the out of 6 apartments in my building, there was one 1 tenant left when I moved out. all 5 other tenants had moved out within a 1 month period. Call it a coincidence if you will, I call it poor management.
