I am a resident of Skyridge for 3 years. Everyone knows that rent is due on the first of the month like EVERY apartment out there. They statements are for convenience.
Sounds like the last guy can't get his stuff together not the apartments.

I've never had a problem, I have had my dishwasher repaired within 24 hours and i eat the free breakfast everyday and i have never had a full sized washer and dryer before.

I think people should see for themselves and make up their own minds. Just because people have money troubles and don't pay their rent or they have personal problems that doesn't mean the apartments are bad.

i am the "last guy" and i have all my stuff together. i have lived in apartments since i was 18 and have never ever had a problem. Skyridge sent me a bill that was for rent just like every month for the last year and a half i've been here. They screwed up on the amount and now there screwing me over. and i'm sure your attitude would change if what happened to me happened to you. if when i called the office to work it out, the staff would have been helpful instead of lecturing me and putting me down i would have been fine with the situation. but they were compleatly rude and wouldn't even let me talk. i would bet there is no one living here that could get a bill out of the blue for almost 2500 and pay it no problem. if you could why in the world would you live here?!

If you got a bill for $49 and your normal rent is $1200, wouldn't you have taken the time to call and question this? Just common sense to the rest of us!
