For any of you that are possibly thinking about relocation, don't. There is no relocation clause and in order to exercise a buy out, you must be there 6 months,if you can last that long. The management staff here has no clue about anything. They tell you one thing and then do the complete opposite. I was told that they would work with me because of an ill family member and relocating with my job. Since I had only been in the apartment 2 months and signed a year lease, I was unable to use the early lease termination buy out fee. After I told them about my job and was serious about relocating the story changed. Now I am faced to pay 7 months rent in order to vacate. Their solution was to keep paying rent and call each month to see if they have rented it, wondering if I will have to pay 2 rent payments. They told me that there is nothing that they can do because they are governed by a bank and must treat everyone equally. I am curious to see if they have let other people out of their lease and made them pay 7 months! On top of all that since the day I moved in I had problems, no hot water, broken ac, fleas, no heat for 2 days and a broken garbage disposal. The manager Trish or Trisha are extrememly worthless. I think that they need to learn social skills. If they keep this up I am sure they won't have any tenants. Whatever you do. DO NOT RENT HERE!!

i had the same thing happen with me when my husband was going to be relocated. we had been here over 6 months but they still wanted 3 months rent to let us leave. and that was ALOT of money! he had to turn down a great job because we couldn't afford to pay them off. I understand contracts but you having an ill family member should be more important. the managment have no cares for their tenants and just treat them awful. make sure if you stay you watch your rent carefully they like to screw you on that too.

When i also rented from Trish i was show the "model" condo and told that i shouldnt pay any attention to the second bedroom room size and the we would be getting to full master bedrooms and the larger kitchen. We asked to ours and i was told the gentlemen werent out yet and we had to wait until it was cleaned. We signed teh lease got the keys a week later, and when we went into our condo it was the same apt as the damn model. So i called and was told that is impossible i was told that because those are much more expensive. I am not an idiot and i know what Trish said, that told me they didnt have anything else and i signed the lease so i have to stay there in the smaller condo and pay the same amount as i would have for the other apt. The next day as i was moving in, the people below me were just finishing movingo out THAT DAY and it was the larger condo. No availability? What a bunch of stealing liars!!!

Trish is useless, and agree 100 per cent with that.Management has bee replaced several times since we have been here. Most complaints fall on deaf ears. The Fitness area is a joke! Their morning breakfast, usually starts at 6 a.m is of coffee when they have it, and maybe a snack bar. Windows, are old and drafty and if you don't put up heavy plastic over them each winter, you are hit with very high bills. Ac units are old and break down, and are replaced with others from other units, that has only had parts replaced. Issue of mold in some apartments due to water leaks that are not properly repaired but covered over, fleas and cat and dog hair in vents. Everyone gets told and shown the " MODEL" so beware, cause your place will NOT be that. That is how they get you. Once you sign the lease, your screwed. Some of the maintenance hasn't a clue how to even put on and replace a simple sliding door handle. When ours broke, and the maintenance guy came to replace it, it was put on backwards and it was my husband that had to redo it and install it correctly, as with other things that we have had to have looked at in this place. Our Ac broke down just months after moving in and all they did for two years was come over and refill it, and let the leaks continue. Turned out the leak was coming in though the apartment and what was causing us both to get sick all the time. Was finally replaced with the same unit form another building here with new parts. I was told they would replace the washer/dryer, which they have never done.We have foundation cracks in our apartment, which, when we move this summer will most likely just be covered over. Appliences are old and outdated as are all the fixtures. They are in the process of , what they call Updating the apartments, but beware, cause their understanding of Updating isn't! They have changed a few light switch covers, install new carpet[ which they do with most of the units after the last people move, and slap some paint on the walls and call it NEW! NOT!!!Prices too high for the old apartment that you get. As for the traffic on Randall road, it is going to get even worse come this summer when they widen the street to four lanes, two in each direction. But with them raising their rent another 50.00, we are moving this summer and out of here!
