I just moved into this place almost a year ago and unfortunately have to move in a couple months to be closer to my work so I thought I'd write a quick review. That being said I like this place a lot and highly recommend it if you can afford it. The price is a little high for this area but seems to be worth it. When I moved in the apartment was pristine. The carpet looked brand new, the walls looked like they'd never been touched and everything was in good working order. The management seemed a little "snobish" about me being a day late on my rent the first month because I thought I had direct deposit set up and didn't but still agreed not to charge a late fee over it. My refrigerator stopped working one day and they were ready to send a guy to fix or replace it the same night. One thing I like about this place is it feels very safe and it's very very quiet. Most of the residents seem to be small families, some yuppies, and a few older couples. The location is not the best due to traffic on Randall Road but this whole region is a traffic nightmare so I can't really complain. Overall I'd give this place a 9 out of 10 (subtracting 1 for traffic, price and slightly stuck-up management).
