What else can I say. The place is too small and there is no parking. I had a bike stolen from there and it can be loud during the summers and the staff doesn't do too much about it.

One time I notify the staff that I was going to be 2-weeks late on my rent. They said that was okay and appreciated my calling. I stiff got an eviction notice and when I tried to get a reference from them they told other property companies that I am a "late payer".

SCREW THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! There place, although cheap ($270/Month) was not worth it. The bedroom is very small, but then again so was the entire place. It was more like a studio than a 1-bedroom.
