I just moved due to my job but I would have stayed otherwise. The size of the apartment was ideal and how close it was to everything made it really convenient for me. The rent was reasonable and the buildings were always kept very clean.

It seems they are updating many things. Just put in brand new windows. They offered to put in a built-in microwave and new stove for me but told them to wait till I left since my job took me south.

The manager is really nice. I would come back here.
