This was my first apartment, and I was very happy living there. The maintenance was fabulous (if anything went wrong, which was rare, they were right on top of it)and the parking was great. The apartment itself had a large floorplan and plenty of room. The washer and dryer were conveniently located downstairs, but there was only one of each. The rent was understandably cheap, since there was no dishwasher, fireplace, or pool as in some of the more expensive apartments. It is in a safe neighborhood, and is a great starter apartment!
