My husband and I moved from Colonial Manor a few years ago due to a job change. But while we were there, we really liked it. Our neighbors were great! A lot of them have lived there for a really long time and seemed to look out for each other. All of our children got along well and the kids in the complex were well behaved. I liked my apartment because it was big and bright and plenty of room for my family at the time. The livingroom is huge with a great big closet, and the bedrooms are pretty big too. There is a lot of closet space, which is important to us girls!

The Management was always very courteous and helpful. I never had any issues of work not getting done or complaints that weren't taken care of. And as far as bugs are concerned; there were no bugs! I have a lot of friends that still live there too and I have never seen any bugs - EVER!!

It cracks me up to read these reviews from people who obviously leave on bad terms, or leave their apt. disgusting and are pissed off because they don't get their deposit money back. So they feel the need to write a horrible review just to make themselves feel vindicated! Personally, we left our apartment clean and got our full deposit back. Trust me, I have been living in apartments for a long time. I know what is good and I know what is not. And Colonial Manor is definitely one of the good places around here. This place is clean and the Management takes good care of their tenants. You will not be disappointed!
