Wonderful place, but too pricey.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
We have lived here for over 2 years and love it. But, next year we will not be renewing our lease due to the price. The complex lacks ammenities, but charges as if they have many. There is no pool, clubhouse or workout room. The rent used to include 1 underground parking space, but now you will be charged $50 a month for the space.

The service is wonderful and the apartments are huge, but not worth the price.
