Management is too harsh

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
We are living here for 2 years. Last year they decrease the rent only for new renters. This year I asked to give as same rate on signing the new lease. Its 300 dollars difference per month. They refuse.

As my wife says...in this apartment we have to pay even to sneeze !!!

Few months back we had mice in aparment

Last year they charge one of our neighbour 1200 dollars after they moved out for carpet cleaning and treat them to send it to collection and credit bureaus..poor guy paid !!!

Will not recommend to any friend.
