They'll says anything to get you in, but once you sign the lease, beware! They told us the average cost of electricty was around $65. We're looking at $200-$300 a month during the early summber and around $250-$350 during the winter (only 1200 square feet). Besides using over 3,000 kWh's of electricity (you do the math) to heat the place to normal temperatures, you'll love the way they treat you.
Management is ruthless and rude on your credit and/or pocket book. Extra costs for everything.
If you read this, trust me. Or it could be you. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
