Lived here for 3 years from 2000-2003. We moved out last summer to buy a house. It is a nice place, but a bit pricey (we're paying less in mortgage than we did for rent).
The elevator goes down to the heated garage which makes winter shopping much better! Never had a problem with the office staff. They were always very nice, especially Marge. Never had a problem with bugs or mice. Whenever we called for a maintenace problem, they were there right away. Electric bills ran from $100-$150. All the appliances were electric (stove, heat, etc).

parking may be heated, but it doesn't come with the apartment. You have to pay extra for parking.
