Come on! Now you know that last review was from management. Sound more like ADVERSITING to me. What does airline miles have to do with anything' As for asking about the pay, it is not appropriate to come straight out asking about money. Have you ever went into a restaurant or store and the worker stopped you at the door and asked, do you have enough money to shop here' That's not how it works. You are suppose to let the customer look around first and IF they decide to purchase or move forward THEN you get into that information. I suggest that management just take the constructive criticism and make changes.
