I'm surprised at the negative reviews I've read on here. I'm a current tenant who's been there for the last year and a half, and I've never had any problems with the management or the staff. They do monthly service checks, have attended to any and all problems quickly and professionally, and have allowed us to use credit cards to pay rent, which is very nice for getting more airline miles.

Other tenants have been quiet, polite, and friendly. While I haven't taken advantage of the pool, my building faces it and it's always quiet and clean over there.

I don't see what the problem is by asking how much you make per year. It's something that you'll have to reveal and have checked anyway. Of course, if you don't make the minimum, then I can understand your frustration at not being able to live in such a nice place. I wish you good luck in your search.
