definitely noise issue

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Apartment's wall is very poor for noise insulation. I can even hear neighbor's snoring.
This is the worst apartment I have ever lived
in terms of noise. I can't relax if I think
I'm bothering neighbor,too even that is daily
life noise.
