Nice place to live - We moved here from noisy Chicago almost one year ago. Finally we found a quiet place to live, surrounded by nice neighborhood. This complex is far from noisy streets and has beautiful walking areas around. Apartment is clean, large, has plenty of space, a lot of closets, large windows. Looks like section 8 housing, dont live here - I have lived at Colonial Manor since 2004 and when i first moved in this place was kept up very nice and it was always clean. Never Again If I had the choice again I would not have moved here a few months ago. My smoke alarm started going off in the middle of the night, I called to have them fix it they told me it was not an emergency. THEN they told me to buy a battery and we will have someone come and replace it

Beware of crime!!! I read the review of someone else on here and that their car got keyed. Ours got broken into and things were stolen from the vehicle. There is no security whatsoever in the parking lot. Parking has always been an issue, but we were told the lot was patrolled. Apparently

Colonial Manor is a great place to start! I moved to Colonial Manor last year. This is my first apartment. My 2 bedroom apt. is pretty big with good closet space. The building is clean and they seem to take care of things quickly and efficiantly. Parking is ok but the lots could use more lighting.

Average...Plain and Simple I have lived in the Idyllwild Apartments for 2 years now. We are now on the 3rd set of office staff and property managers. The current office staff is not knowlegeable about the property and continues to make cheap repairs to the buildings that continue to break.
