Parking: I always had a space, but there was always broken glass in the lot

Upkeep: It's a pretty crappy building overall

Office Staff: Some of them are friendly, but they're obviously overworked and stressed out. One lady was truly awful.

Maintainence: They responded quickly to our requests, and the maintainence guys were nice. The washing machine went unfixed for about a half a year, and they finally replaced it with another crappy one.

Condition of Unit: It smelled like smoke, but it was cheap

Noise Level: It's right next to a frat, and we knew that when we moved in. I can't criticize them for it. However, I can't rate it any higher than a 1. The fraternity is a bunch of yelling, stereotypical C students.

Overall: It's decent if you have low standards, but TAKE PICTURES WHEN YOU MOVE IN. The real problem comes with the security deposit. The apartment was dirty and run-down when we moved in, and there was no screen door. There were some problems with bugs, but not much worse than your average house. They had the audacity to take all of our security deposit. The moral of the story is that Horizon Management is shady. TAKE PICTURES WHEN YOU MOVE IN BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER.
