Great place for the price. Linda makes sure everyone and everything that is there is supposed to be there. However, don't slip up on anything or you will get kicked out or at least threatened. Basically if you piss off the neighbors, they can do anything they want. Great for old retired people, not so great for younger couples and families who occasionally want to host parties. ( Not college style parties mind you)
