At Least It's Not On Campus...

This is one of the cheapest places to live that is not on campus or greek row. However, DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ANY OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK! The management knows that it is mostly college kids, and so they rip you off by way overcharging. You have to fight them to get a decent amount back.
It's nice that it's on a golf course. Lots of parking. However, maintenance is really, really bad at coming to fix things. I've actually had them just come and use duct tape, after waiting for several days!! The girls who work in the office are not very bright and usually can't do anything for you, so you have to go to the main office which can get annoying. And the appliances are from the 70's.
